I bought a eurocom scorpius laptop. I went from playing World of tanks on HD client max graphics to play the SD client on the lowest possible settings. They did an update and improved the graphics of the game quite a bit. After this update I tried to run the game as usual and and the 2nd or 3rd game the fans starting blowing, There was a loud beeping and tons of hot air coming out of the back fans. It's running a i7-3630QM cpu and an AMD HD8970m GPU. I tried cleaning the heatsinks with some compressed air today and it still doesn't work. I'm thinking of sending it back. Maybe one of the heatsinks are defective? fan broken, or just flat out can't handle the graphics demands of the new update. Please let me know what you think and to help me solve this issue. Thanks, Ryan.

It would be a better bet to send it back. I don't know if you can really make any money off of a laptop that overheats and screams at the user lol

If you noticed a loud beeping, that is unusual. The only thing I can recommend for you to try before you send it back is to buy a laptop fan pad. What this basically is is a pad that rests on the bottom of your laptop that has fans on it that blast col air up into your laptop.

Here's one on Amazon, however I would recommend finding one that better suits your needs or even find one that is specifically compatible with your exact laptop. https://www.amazon.com/AMNIE-AE-CP1501-15-6-Laptop-Cooler/dp/B00ZFI6ZHE/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1471487991&sr=1-1&keywords=17.3+inch+laptop+cooler

Oops didn't mean to vote down. I bought a laptop cooler. Pretty much the same as that one and still can't run world of tanks on anything higher than minimum. I was thinking of sending it back or selling it since I'm building a tower anyway. It's weird cause it just started happening after a major update in the game. So I was thinking that the graphics card just couldn't handle it and over heated.
