Please help: Asus UX305UA or UX303UB

Hello everyone,

I am from India. I am planning to buy a lightweight, portable but powerful laptop. Mostly, I will do programming, web-browsing, reading and sometimes watching videos and playing games (rarely, never played game on my old laptop). According to my need, I have shortlisted the following two Asus models available in Indian market:

1. Asus UX305UA with price 1040 USD approx

Specs:
Core i5 6200U, 8GB Ram,
Full HD screen,
Storage 256GB SSD,
integrated graphics, 1.3 kg



2. Asus UX303UB with price 960 USD

Specs:
Core i5 6200U, 8GB Ram,
Full HD screen,
Storage 1TB HDD 5400 RPM,
Graphics Nvidia Geforce 940M 2GB, 1.45 kg

Kindly help me. Which do you feel serves best for my needs, and value for money? Thank you very much for your help.

I would think so, they both have 8GB of DRAM the first uses an iGPU so you lose DRAM to the iGPU right off the bat, for long term use the B (second one) has a bigger HD so it will last longer/hold more, the dedicated GPU will provide for less heat coming from the CPU (where the iGPU is in the first) and better picture if you ever hook up an external monitor

Thanks a lot for the help. Can you kindly tell me, if UX303UB is better than UX305UA for me even I do not use the laptop for gaming at all?
