Hello, i have a HP530 laptop, and a problem with it, the laptop is off, but the power led is on, and all the night it was on, when i try to boot the laptop, it dont boots, just black screen, the signal button near the power one is off, and it cant be on, i put my ear down on the laptop to listen at the sounds, and it sounds like a screwing machine "brrrrrrrrrrr" and no other sound, please help meeee, should i go to a local service?

Unplug the system, remove battery, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, re-connect everything and try it again.
That's a pretty old laptop, getting it fixed would likely cost more than just replacing it. You can buy a working used one for maybe $100-125 or so and just swap your hard drive into that one.
