Sennheiser HD 518 is Good Choice To Change From Cloud II?

I've just ordered HD 518 because its only for 50$. Probably use it with music. But should I sell my Cloud II and get a sound card like Sound Blaster Omni or Z and use HD 518? I'm not playing as much as before. I'm only playing like 3-4 hours a day maybe 0. Playing MMORPG/RPG/FPS/TPS when I'm bored. Listening lots of music and watching films/series/youtube.

the HyperX Cloud headsets/QPAD QH-90 are based on the Takstar Pro80 which are better headphones than the Sennheiser HD 518, you would be downgrading.

I thought HD 518 sound is better than Clouds. Clouds has good bass but other sounds are like I don't know. They are good but they are not like real sound. Thanks for answer.

Yeah, the closed back Pro 80 isn't as good as the open Takstar Hi-2050, the mids on the Hi-2050 is much better than the Pro80 but the bass is a lot better on the Pro80, but they're both on the next level compared to the HD 518's. You'll want something like the Audio Technica ATH-M40X to beat the Pro80, but they're a lot more expensive.

Ahh I'm very confused. I want more clear sounds. I checked on the net and or reddit and some people say 518 is better and you say it is not. I'll try both then.

I haven't seen poeple comparing the Hi-2050 or Pro80's to the HD 518's, they're usually compared to the HD 558s or even the HD 598's - https
