Hello, I have an Asus Flare series with Windows 7. I was watching a movie and then it frozed. I turn off manually then turn on and all I always got is the message: "this error can be caused by unplugging a removabke storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or cd-rom drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and the restart your computer. If hoy continue to receive this error message, contact the hardware manufacturer. Status: 0x00000e9 info: an unexpected I/O error has ocurred."
I have tried many things such as Windows memory diagnostic tools and it doesn't work.
Would you please help me with this? Thank you in advance.

Re-seat the hard-drive. That looks like a hardware failure, just like the message states. If you don't have anything connected to the laptop, and reseating the drive does not help, you will need to get a replacement hard drive and install Windows on that. You can also try different RAM, it may also be a motherboard issue if the drive does not fix things.
