hello everyone, i would like to ask help on my toshiba laptop, it was never powered on in the past two years or so, tried connecting the power cord on the laptop and tried turning it on nothing happened the power outlet and power cord is okay, connected the power cord for a good 15 mins on the laptop but still nothing happened the LED indicator for the laptop if it is charging does not indicate anything, please help do i need to shock the laptop? is so please tell me how, thankyou
