I have ASUS x555la-xx2264t 0% available (plugged in, charging ) but battery isnt charging. I tried what was suggested but no go.

I didn't remove battery/AC adapter because I have no battery power. I simply deleted the ACPI and restarted.
This is the third time I am using it. The first 2X were for the set up.
How do I solve mine please?

Should be on the bottom of the laptop, it may be non-removable though, for some reason many vendors are doing that now.

That looks to be a pretty new model, is it in warranty? If it's in warranty, why don't you contact ASUS for support?
