My Laptop screen fades after i'm done playing a game.

Hello, this just recently started happening i play my game on lowest resolution@ 800x600 on full screen and after i'm done playing i close down the game and my screen is very faded and it stays this way until i restart . any help thx

Try turning off the laptop, plugging in an external monitor, turning on the monitor and then turning on the laptop. Once you are all on, and it is using the external monitors screen, see if the same problem occurs.

If it doesn't, then your laptops display may well be going. If it does still occur on the external monitor, then I would suggest updating your drivers. If that doesn't work, you may need to replace the graphics card.
