av receiver yamaha rx-v567,

my av receiver turning off if i select surround speaker small/large. it works if i keep surround speakers none.
there is no short circuit at all. sometimes ( when i turn on after long time and surround speakers had to be selected as none, ) it works if i select surround speaker small/large for 10 minutes or more and then once it turn off after that it keeps turning off until i select surround speaker none. it works good with front, center, sub woofer.
if i give front speakers output to surround speakers it works with no problem.
i sent to service center and they gave me back like 50 days later. it worked for a while and same thing again.
I made speaker wires concealed going through walls in plastic pipe tightly (no short circuit) is that a problem?
it was working good when there is no concealed wiring/speaker wire was thin. now i bought better quality wire for speakers and did concealed wiring. it started to happen at first time of this set up. the new set up is the reason/some inner trouble in receiver?
if it is, what i have to change? tight concealed wiring/speaker wire thickness?

it will work if i keep surround speaker option small/large , for that i have to select straight/direct and give stereo input.
if i give surround input it will turn off. even there i didnt connect no speakers in surround speaker output jack.
it is too hard to find the sollution for me. because it turning off even if i didnt connect surround speakers in jack.
please help me. thank you in advance.

Solution
If the problem happens with no surround speaker wire connected to the receiver then the wiring and speakers can't be the problem.
Sounds like an issue with the receiver. If it's still under warranty tell them that it turns off when it receives a surround signal with the surround speakers disconnected.
If your input is HDMI you can try a using a digital input instead for audio and see it the problem still occurs. Some receivers have problems with the HDMI board that shows up like this. Picture fine but the receiver shuts down.

its turning off for FM too. and no warranty its already 4 years and more. from service center they told surround IC gone and they changed it. but its not really solved and its happening again. if it is surround board problem. how much it will cost/where to buy genuine parts. rx v567 been discontinued by yamaha

i am from india

Most receivers don't have modular construction so there isn't a separate board. If there is a Yamaha factory service facility they should be able to tell you if the unit is worth fixing. Maybe they can offer you a refurbished receiver at a good price. I suspect that the repair will prove more than the replacement cost of the receiver.
