iPhone 5S won't show on iTunes

Both iTunes and my phone are up to date with their software. Yet it still doesn't show up..I've tried all of my USB ports, nothing.
Seriously, all I want to do is get my ROMS on iNDS.
I've tried removing and re-installing iTunes, but that does nothing.

hiya, I've been trying to do the same thing and get games for nds4ios.
so, go to "computer" or "My Pc" and in the bar at the top, (not the search bar) type :
C:\ProgramData\Apple\Lockdown
Once you are in the Lockdown folder delete : "SystemConfiguration"
