My headphones only play audio through the right ear, but the weird part is, is that it also plays the left side in the right ear. I got these from Ebay with the description saying working condition. They are HS-1 superlite Wii U headphones, but I use them for my computer because I had an old pair like that one and it worked just fine. Please help!

OK, have you tried other headphones to see if you get the same issue? I would also try updating your sound drivers.

Next try the headphones on the computer in different programs and see if it happens in all, or just some.

Lastly, go into "Control Panel", then "Sound". In there click on the listing for your headphones. They should show. Then click "Configure". It will take you through the process to set them up correctly. See if this resolves it. If not, try clicking "Properties" from the "Sound" window and check all options there to make sure they are set correctly.
Let me see if I understand this right. You are saying when you put them on correctly, it only plays in the right side. However if you put them on backwards (left on right/right on left) you can hear only in the left side? Nothing else having been changed? Is that right?
