I have a Toshiba Satellite (newer model) and I finally turned it on after a while and it wasn't connecting to wi-fi, it acted as if it missed a wi-fi card and it didn't appear in settings. I could see itt in Device Manager and I searched the web for solutions. I ended up finding one that told me to Enable All in MsConfig. I did that and rebooted, problem is it never boots anymore.

Solution
The computer never boots anymore? or the device (WiFi) never does?

If you are able to get into the computer, into Windows, then you should go back into device manager and locate the WiFi information. Then 'right click' on it and click "Scan for hardware changes". It may help you resolve the problem. If that doesn't work, your WiFi card may need replacing.
