They are likely making a large sum of money in the tens of millions by now I would speculate.
People spend a lot of money on micro-transaction games in some cases, so I wouldn't be surprised.
No official statistics, but this is a solid estimate.

Funny to think all that money comes from such a small number of players. I heard it's something like only 2% of all mobile gamers who actually spend money on in-game purchases.
