lenovo G50 Battery

Solution

If it's warranty through them, and you pay for it, why do you have to contact Lenovo? I work on many Lenovo systems all day, it should be at 100% when fully charged not 60%. Contacting Lenovo is simple, www.lenovo.com look for support there.

Kind thanks for your reply. The Laptop is only a few months old and still under warranty. It was purchesed from Currys/PC world and I pay a monthly subscription to have access to their "know How" guys. They say the laptop arrives with 60% battery function and works it way down to 10/15% before it recharges back to 60% can find no phone number to contact Lenovo further. Any further thoughts would be appreciated.

Again thanks for your communication. I further contacted Know How guys and the technician I spoke to on this occasion certainly thought there was a problem, he got me to try various procedures not dissimilar to your own and then told me to take it to the local Curry's store. It is now with them under warranty, the individual I spoke with suspected a faulty battery.

thanks again
