I can't choose between those two laptops

..Lenovo thinkpad e560 with core i7 6500u , 8gb ram ,amd r7 m370 or hp envy 15 with i7 4th generation , 16gb ram and nvidia m840
I need laptop for some of engineering application like autocad and 3D max and other application like that
I will often play games on it

For AutoCAD and 3D work, the Lenovo is slightly better than the HP since its CPU is slightly better. For games, the HP is better but it's a mid range card so don't expect to run Batman arkham knight even low settings at stable fps.

You should be able to run a number of games if you lower settings and the resolution. Check with engineering app developers for the minimum hardware requirements for the app.
