Hey guys so the other day I was on my laptop and the screen went blue and said that it ran into an error (or something along that line) and that it must restart. The laptop restarted as normal and worked for about ten minutes once rebooted. It than froze up while I was on it and I was forced to turn it off. Upon doing so the white light under the lightbulb icon on the front stayed on for about an hour while I attempted to restart it with nothing happening. I plugged the laptop in and the battery charging icon did NOT come on and it just stayed with the lightbulb light on. I finally found the right screwdriver and took the casing off underneath to remove the battery. I attempted to perform a hard reset with the battery out and with no AC adapter plugged in. It would still not boot but now when I press the power button the Lightbulb indicator and the wireless indicator both come on white. I am not the most technical when it comes to computers but I did remove the RAM sticks and tried booting it without them in and than with them inserted back in again. Nothing changed. Wondering if there is anything else I can do here or at this point is it most likely a mother board issue that needs to be taken to the "experts"

Solution
Try the hard reset again, remove power plug, remove battery, hold the power button for about a minute or so, then plug in the charger and try booting, if nothing try again

Ok so i tried the hard reset various times throughout the evening here and left it for a bit to see if it would kind of lose any residual charge over time but it still is doing that same thing. Any other ideas
