hi i had trouble signing into my laptop i went through the safe mode and fixed it
but i have lost everything on my laptop please help

I'm restored it got it back but can't sign in again

Do you not have your old password?
There is a bug that can get you administrator privileges on Windows 7 that involves startup repair, but it won't work for windows 8/10.
Alternatively you can just install a crack onto a USB.

do you use a microsoft account to sign in or a local account?

if it´s a microsoft account you could recover or reset the password:
