I tried twice to take it back to out of the box state. I think it's corrupted windows maybe. It just stated that it failed to reset. Maybe cause it was upgraded to Windows 10. It worked fine before I tried this
If you installed Windows 10 on it already, you can try to download an ISO of the Windows 10 setup and run that clean by booting to that disk and starting a new setup. If you want to go back to the original factory setup and it's failing from the disk, you'd have to contact Dell (they own Alienware now) for support to get a restore disk.
Reset as in a factory restore? Did you try it again? What exactly failed during the reset? Maybe a bad hard drive, often when a drive is failing, it won't be able to do a factory restore.
