Help me, please. My laptop is a year and 1/2. TOSHIBA C55-A-5308. I Do not have DVD nor CD Rom.

I see. So your hard drive is failing. Not a good sign. If this is the case, using recovery may not fix your problem, especially if it isn't going through completely/freezing. But it can't hurt to try.

Did you choose to start the recovery, or did the computer try to do it on its own? And what were you doing when it started/needed to be done? This will help sort out what it could be (possibly not the drive).

I clicked {Yes] and it does not move to the next step.
