one says vram and the other doesnt ;s

They both have VRAM, that is just the video RAM the video card has.
ASUS is a more reliable brand, the Acer is cheaper and has a larger solid state drive. Not to say it's guaranteed that the ASUS will run better for longer than the Acer, it's a general thing. Acer laptops are in general less reliable.

Pick if you want cheaper and bigger drive vs the risk the system may die faster.
