For a game like you listed, I would not bother replacing the system you have now. A Dell XPS is better than that old HP even if it has a newer CPU.
If you want a faster video speed, and don't want to switch to a laptop, get a lower end card like a nVidia 740 or 750 (non-Ti), will run in your system and will be a lot faster than the laptop. Or spend the money on a 750 Ti or a 950 and then you can move it to a faster desktop in the future. Your CPU in the XPS is older, but is not that bad really, it's a quad core, and will run games about as well as a newer Intel i3.

Hi,

I dont think the PC is good for the following reasons:
1- Seems it is very old, and any maintenance you might do in the future will cost you more than the PC it self.
2- Windows Vista is kinda the worst OS Microsoft released as it is heavy, and imaging with 4GB ram.
3- Lastly it doesnt mention the GPU it has,

As for playing the game. You can play it normally as seems the specs are more than enough according to this website :http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=8419&game=Realm%20of%20the%20Mad%20God

Not sure if the GPU can handle it, but if it maintain the minimum specs then you are fine.

Regards,
