msi gt70 worth it in 2016?

Hi

I just want to buy gaming laptop
then i found a used one
MSI GT70 with 670m 3g
for 799 dollars
but i dont know if it will go smoothly
in 2016
so what you think ?
worth it or not ?
i have a gaming desktop but i want a gaming laptop with good price cause my travelling

at $800 u can get better with recent specs...that article is from 2012...it was worth back then...

I have to agree with Hellfire13. You can find better specs new for that price. The GT70 is a very well built laptop, but the 670M that one carries is getting too outdated to pay 800 bucks for. MAYBE if it was a newer iteration of the GT70 with an 870 or 880M (like the one in my sig) instead, it MIGHT be worth considering for $600-$800 (depending on the other specs).
