Computer boots only to bios screen and flashes

This morning i booted up my pc and it boots to the bios screen normally and then my monitor flashes and says no signal then it boots to the bios again and it repeats the process. What does this mean, please help.

If using an add-on GPU card, try re-seating it (remove and put back) as it may have a poor connection in the expansion slot.
Also, if the GPU card requires auxiliary power, make sure the 6-pin and/or 8-pin cable(s) are securely connected to it.
