I'll be using it for coding purposes only.

Key factors:

1. 1920x1080 Display
2. Metallic Build
3. 6hrs+ Battery Life
4. 15.6 inch screen

It has all you need, and more. I'm not sure if it's metallic, though. But, a problem with this laptop is the wifi. Buy a dongle to solve the problem.

Hiya there, thanks for the reply.
I checked out that model at a local best buy and came to the following conclusions
1. Build quality is average.
2. Display is hogging onto processor and battery life.
3. Its roughly 500~ with student discount but I didn't feel it worth it.
