So I purchased Dell Inspiron 15 3541 laptop (AMD A6 6310 with R4 graphics, 500 GB HDD, 4GB RAM, 2GB R5 M230, Ubuntu)

All else is working but AMD R5 M230 Graphics card is not being shown anywhere. I installed Windows, installed drivers, checked device manager, BIOS, dxdiag, GPU-Z etc, But there is no trace of R5. Only R4 show up. Using DxDiag, it did show 2048MB memory in display tab but still it only recognized R4 GPU.

What should I do? Please help.

Where did you get the GPU driver? If you got it from AMD directly, that may be why it's not showing. Start with the one from Dell and see if it shows up. Make sure to run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) before installing the Dell driver.

At first I Installed AMD driver after uninstalling it I installed Video driver from Dell website ( Which also provides driver for R2/R3/R4 only) but no luck. Later I installed windows 10 and an older version of drivers from AMD (same version as another laptop of mine with R5 m230) but still only R4 is visible. This model of laptop comes in two variants with both "R4 and R5" and one with only R4. I think knowingly or unknowingly seller has shipped me with later model. I checked Express Service code of my laptop on Dell website it also does not mention R5 anywhere, only R4. I am gonna try to return and get refund.
