Tcl smart TV powers on but it only display the tcl logo on start up and goes no further, the remote cannot control it to turn off or on must pull out power to take off and plug it in to power on . this is the first time this has ever happened and it's just two years old,please please please help me to fix it or render your practical assistance to help me,
