i also tried google clean up tool and reseted setting...scaned adwcleaner and anrivirus..removed extentions file ...

the advertising webseites cames r -http://www.evotrackr.in/tracking202/redirect/rtr.php?t202id=672
then its turned into some other website...ialso tried to block this sites ..bt nothing happened
 
Solution
Technically, they aren't just tabs, they are new instances of Chrome every time you or it decides to open another window. If you press Control, Shift and Escape to bring up your Task Manager you might be suprised to find a huge number of Chrome entries and each one is eating up your RAM (memory).

You can't prevent it but you can do better - ditch Chrome and use Mozlila Firefox instead. As well as fixing that problem, you'll be giving away far less data to Google who wll sell youor search patterns tot the highest bidder and increase the amount of Spam and pop-up ads you receive.

If you do install Firefox, search for AdBlock Plus for Firefox and add that into the mix to prevent pop-ups.
