I did have the sound bar working with my new tv and now the sound bar says" tv request". It is no longer working. I don't know what to do. Can you help?

Thank you. I actually was pushing buttons so fast that I see by mistake I programmed my tv not to accept the sound bar that I have. There was no option given to change it back. I'm still stuck with it not working.
