increasing vram on acer

i have acer v3-571 , my vram is 128mb . and my shared is 1800 i guess , i need to increase my vram , is there is a way to do that ?

Even if it had more dedicated RAM, it won't help you with video card speed if that is what you are after. In laptops, the only way to get faster speed is to replace the laptop in any but the high end models with replaceable video cards. If you only have 4 GB of RAM and have 64 bit Windows, upgrading the RAM to 8 and picking the fastest RAM the system can run may make things better, but really the only way to get faster speeds is to get a laptop suited for what you need, not get a low end laptop and try to force it to run things it was not made to do.

So you needs to increase your onboard video ram because of the monitor? Sounds pointless, but anyway you should be able to allocate more system ram as video ram in the bios.
