Lenovo Y50 or ASUS ROG 552VW?

So I'm looking for a new gaming laptop and I've been thinking about the ASUS ROG 552VW and the Lenovo Y50.

Lenovo Y50 specs:
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960m
CPU: Intel Core i7 4720HQ
OS: Windows 8.1
RAM: 8 GB DDR3L
Memory: 1 TB HDD

ASUS ROG 552VW specs:
GPU: Nvidia GeFroce GTX 960m
CPU: Intel Core i5 6300HQ
OS: Windows 10
RAM: 8 GB DDR4
Memory: 1 TB HDD

I'm also kinda worried about overheating issues, do u guys think one of these laptops will overheat during extended gaming?

Games I will be playing:
League of Legends
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
Call of Duty: Ghosts
(maybe) Grand Theft Auto V

So what do u guys think? Which one has the best performance and will it overheat during extended gaming?

I find Asus has better build quality, and they don't have issues with their batteries like Lenovo. Also the i7 is more powerful than the i5. "With up to 4 threads under load, the Core i5-6300HQ performs roughly on par with the Core i7-4712HQ (Haswell). However, the Core i7 benefit from Hyper-Threading (up to 25 - 30 percent performance boost) in extensively parallelized software, whereas the Core i5 chips don't support this feature."

For those toes options, I will say Asus ROG then Lenovo~ I has higher quality and performance than Lenovo ~

i7 is useful in productivity, but it does not bottleneck the gpu not having the i7 hyperthreading. You wouldn't notice a difference side by side. The lenovo might be slower because it is running more bloatware though.
