In normal mode Virus was not letting Norton Security scan so used RKill and Malware Bytes and Esett whose sections turn black I mean the way you see in confidential Files.

So I switched to Safe Mode this time around Norton Security scanned and removed some 6 infections so I felt better and proud then to double check I ran Esett online scanner and it picked up some viruses around 6 then when it was almost done those same confidential lines of black appeared and covered the section which displays which files it is scanning and other things. Can somebody help me remove it.

I would suggest a non-norton boot time scan, as norton isn't seeming to fix it. Kasperski has a bootable one that you can put on a flash drive, while places like AVG, Avara, Bit Defender, ect have free rescue disks that can be burned onto a cd (there may also be instructions on how to put them on a bootable flash drive). then boot into safe mode with networking and do what I like to call the full rundown: malware bytes, CCleaner, checking browsers to take off toolbars and installing adblock plus on them, checking startup items (win 7 & 8 through MSConfig and Win 10 through task manager) and uninstalling any software that isn't used and checking that no new software has been installed that you didn't install.
If that doesn't get rid of...

If all else fails, I would recommend a reset to factory settings. Pesky & persistant stuff like that can bite you in the butt by just removing it. Back up anything you want to keep to a media source and scan it with Anti Virus software before putting it back onto your PC.

We don't know what you've done/downloaded to get infected or what type of virus infected your PC, but in these situations it is always the safest bet to do a clean install of your operating system. Backup from infected system is not recommended, so leave everything you can behind.

Sorry guys been busy for a while. I contacted ESET Support team which first recommended me to not use multiple AntiVirus at same time(clashes each other) as I had installed Mccafee and 360Security both so first they uninstalled them using remote access.

Then they uninstalled some applications from Program and Features but one such app or should I call it utility called Ask Toolbar was not getting uninstalled so they used UninstallTools to uninstall it, during uninstall it showed many registry locations which I assume it had infected into.

Then they gave ESET Smart security for trial version and I scanned it removed remaining viruses and now all's well. SO thumbs up for ESET support team.

If that doesn't get rid of whatever is on there, I'm going to guess a rollback or OS re-installation is in your future.
NOTE: CCleaner will delete passwords on your browsers, so be aware of that.
Hope this helps!
