How many speakers are you driving? What is your source? Do you use surround sound? What kind of pre-amp are you using? What kind of connectors are you using, i.e. RCA, XL? Are you going to bi-wire? What kind of equalizer are you using?
I got bout 10 floorstanding subs ummmmmm 2 power subs and bout 10 bookself speakers and sum regerl surround speakers for the tweet I probably got 30 are so lol I want to be able to put all the speakers to thay full use if you get what I am saying

Yes. With one source component you can usually plug that into one receiver and then use another set of RCA type analog cables to pass that information to another receiver. Thus you have have the same information now present in both receivers.
To be safe I would only hook two sets of speakers to each receiver, thus you would be driving a total of four sets of speakers from one source component. The reason why I would limit each receiver to just two sets of speakers is because the impedance might drop to an unsafe level if you tried to drive more that two pairs of speakers with each amplifier. (That is assuming that each pair of speakers is 8 ohms.)
You might have to jury-rig those sub-woofers to play correctly in your system, you did not mention what kind of equalizer you plan on using for your sub-woofers.
