Windows always fails to update and now I'm stuck while trying to reset my PC

I usually solved the problem by resetting my PC after a failed automatic update but now
its stuck and I have tried rebooting the internet and restarting, the screen won't change

Hi,

May we know to which part did it get stuck on? Here are some basic troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- Next to try would be to reseat the RAM's, remove them all for couple of second then put them back in making sure everything is seated properly.

Hopfully this steps will help.
