Solution
What i did was to create a scheduled task in the task scheduler built in windows. I followed this guide to do it.

However, it is very important to set the priority of SpeedFan to "High" in the processes tab of task manager because if another program uses 100% of your CPU, speedfan will stop responding and will not ramp up the speed of your fans as it should.

With this said, in the "Actions" tab, rather that launching directly SpeedFan, i launch "cmd.exe" and in the "arguments" box, i have this: /c start "SpeedFan" /High "C:\Program Files (x86)\SpeedFan\speedfan.exe"
