Hi, I just missed the Memorial Day sale for the Lenovo P40, and would now be looking at $500 more for the one I wanted.

Is anyone aware of upcoming 14" 2 in 1 laptops that would have discrete a graphics card?

Thanks. C

The ThinkPad only has one RAM slot. I am pretty sure the RAM is not soldered in, but you need to verify that. If it is not soldered in, then you can replace with an Intelligent Memory 16GB RAM stick... but they are pretty expensive since they developed and patented the 1st 16GB stick of RAM.

Also, the nVidia 940m is not a "workstation" class GPU. Meaning it lack the precision of double floating point calculations so it might not be ideal for AutoCAD.

Thanks jaguarskx,
I forgot to mention that I would be using it for AutoCad and it was suggested to me that I get 16Gb of RAM as high def as possible.. I will check if RAM is upgradable.
