Check the cables. Or change the input source of your TV. On the remote (or in the TV settings) find an option for source, then change it to HDMI (or whatever you are using to connect your PC to TV)
Thank you for your quick answer. It was a god one. However, I kept looking and found an icon for "help" when i opened the "Display" folder. I clicked on it and it directed me to run a troubleshooter. I did and it came up with 2 things wrong on my PC. I clicked on "Fix it" and restarted the PC. It worked and I once again have the INTERNET on my Sony 1080p TV. Hopes this helps someone else.
