Hi My church has an amplifier but when we started playing some worship videos for kids, the speaker from the left only produces sound but the right speaker doesn't please help

What you can do first is make sure that the amp is the problem.
Exchange the right and left source outputs. If the same channel doesn't work then the source is not a fault. If it does it is the source or cable that is bad.
Exchange the left and right speaker wire at the amp. If the same speaker doesn't work then it or the speaker wire is bad. If the other speaker now doesn't work then the amp is the problem,
There may be speaker fuses either at the back or inside the amp that you can check. They would be glass cylinders with metal caps at both ends. There is a wire running from one cap to the other. If the wire has a gap or is not there then the fuse is blown. That may be your problem or a symptom of a larger problem.
Get a replacement fuse of the same amperage and type. If it blows again the amp needs a tech.
