I bought a new laptop Asus laptop with Windows 10 yesterday, and everything worked fine. But after I turned it on today, it wouldn't do anything but open the start menu. I can't even search. But when I try to do anything else, it'll just start loading, and then I can't even open start. Sometimes I get an error about Windows not responding.

If you have a removable battery remove it and hold down power butting for 30 seconds then reboot again, If battery is internal you are unable to remove it flip it over and try to locate a reset hole. A small hold big enough to insert a pin to reset your device gently insert in to the hole while you have a display until the device resets.
If all fails take your laptop back or contact your supplier .
