My Dell Inspiron 24 Model 3469 All-in-One Desktop turns on, but shows no video and screen stays black, even though the power button is a solid white and the cable light is green, so it's just the screen not working. I need help, but I'm only 14, so I don't understand much about computer parts, like "processors" and "daughterboards". Any simple instructions, please?
