Lenovo B570e Bluetooth Not Working

Solution
So I solved the issue and here is what i did in case anyone needs it (I found the Bluetooth module and reseated it, but it didn't work.):

1) Shut down the computer, remove the AC and Battery and press the power the power button for 15 seconds.
2) Then turn on the computer and press F2 to enter BIOS. Load default values and save and exit.
3) Done... now the Bluetooth should work.

Hi,

It seems like from the technical specification of your laptop it doesn't use the wifi bluetooth combo but please do try to reseat that wireless card as well just to be sure. Here are some other troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Go to Device Manager and check for any Bluetooth driver.
- Once uninstalled reboot your laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- If all these will not work last, option would be to reinstall Windows itself.
- And if reinstalling Windows will also not work then please do contact Lenovo for a repair if it's still under the factory warranty.

Thanks for your answer. I reseated the wireless card and reinstalled windows but it didn't work.
I don't have the Bluetooth module in the device manager.
is it possible that the Bluetooth module is installed on the motherboard itself?? Because i couldn't find the module inside the laptop.

I see.. sorry for my comment. I didn't expect that you used it before,
You should install Lenovo Energy Management first before installing the wifi and bluetooth driver for the bluetooth to work.

Thanks again for your help but it didn't work...
I'm pretty sure this is a hardware problem. I found the maintenance manual and it shows a different place for the bluetooth module (i thought it was a WiFi/ Bluetooth combo)... i'm going to open up the back cover and check the connections

The best thing for you to do is "BACT TO THE FUTURE" where you were be able to use the bluetooth. I think you change/upgrade your OS that cause the bluetooth to stop functioning.
