Hey people, so i have a very annoying issue i've been dealing with over the last few days and i cant resolve it.I am a gamer so i want to play my games smooth, though the problem is that my laptop started stuttering every few seconds after i resetted my hard drive
Im pretty sure my issue lies in my graphics card driver and im unable to find the correct/newest driver because amds auto detect thing makes my pc crash
my specs are following:
HP Pavilion 15 notebook
AMD A4-5000 APU with radeon hd graphics
4 cpus 1.5 GHz
6 gigs of ram
AMD Radeon 8330

I've tried out these games: CSGO Mount and blade with fire and sword The stanley Parable Undertale NFS most wanted

Please ask or tell me if i forgot something

If anyone would be so kind to help me find a driver or identify my issue

Marius

Hi,

Please do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the AMD graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to AMD.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
