Alright so i currently have a lapop that uses the dell audio application to controll the whole audio aspect of the pc. It has MAXX audio and equalizer stuff which i use all the time. But, the downside to this is that when I crank the bass settings up on the equalizer, the audio gets ALOT quieter than usual which is extremely annoying. Any help on fixing this issue would be great.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the sound card driver?
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Sound card driver.
- Once uninstalled, I would suggest to download and install the latest driver from the manufacturers site.
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot, do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
