Hi,
Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First, uninstall/reinstall the USB drivers from Device Manager.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the USB drivers.
- Reboot the laptop once uninstalled and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if your headset will charge normally.
- If it will still not work, please do make sure that the USB drivers are installed.
- Please do also try doing a hard reset with your headset and see if it will work.
