Hi,
If it's physically damaged one solution is you can buy replacement keys individually but I would suggest replacing the entire keyboard instead. Here are also some basic troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First, uninstall/uninstall the keyboard driver in Device Manager.
- If the same problem will persist do try connecting an external USB keyboard and see if it will work or not.
- And if the external keyboard will work that means it's a hardware problem and again replacing the entire keyboard would the solution.
