PUA DOWNLOADER notifcation every time i restart pc....

HI! Friends I recently bought an ssd and done a clean reinstall of windows 10. After that I have been regularly receiving pua downloader notification popup from Norton every time I boot my pc.
It says that it is in browser cache, I had uninstalled chrome and also deleted files from local data but no luck. Please help me, below is the results that Norton gives
