how to restore toshiba satellite L550 to factory seting

I have Toshiba Satellite L550. Some how it got messed up.
First I could not find Recovery disc. I tried every possible way I knew to fix but fail.

It give black screen and BOOTMGR missing. Press F2 and F12 message

Now I tried factory setting by pressing 0 and turn power on. It give error message
F3-FF00-0006

Please help me

You are using the correct method for running factory recovery at boot time without recovery discs. The problem is with the hard drive itself - - there are one or more corrupted volumes on it.

Please bear in mind that the corruption may be caused by a failing hard drive, so you may need to replace it before using the recovery media from Toshiba.

When your laptop was working okay you should have made your own set of recovery discs using the Toshiba utility in Windows. Then you wouldn't need to buy them from Toshiba (that's assuming they have a set for your model, even more reason to make your own - - but too late for that...
