I bought a laptop a few months ago, and now I've just tested the laptop in the games and I noticed a difficult problem.
My laptop has the following configuration:

Windows 10 Pro x64
Intel I7 5500U @2.40 Ghz
GPU 1: Intel HD 5500 (shared memory)
GPU 2: AMD R7 m260 with 2GB GDDR3 64bit
16 GB (2x8) @1600MHz DDR3L
SSD Kingston v300 128 Gb (system)
HDD Toshiba 1 TB (data)

Multitasking is Excellent, the processor works as silly.
integrated graphics is also good, as soon as I enter the game on the switch r7 graphics that moves terribly that cottage.
I reinstalled the system and drivers, I tried all possible, the GPU-z says that the benefits of PCI Express 1.1 x4. Each game works better with integrated instead of the r7. it can be said that as soon switch to R7 260 laptop is not working, sticking.
As soon as I turn off the card (r7) in the device manager and so your computer stays to work on the integrated hd5500 everything goes as best he can.
I do not know what else to try, even Furmark does not recognize the AMD card.
forgive me for my bad English.

Hi,

I would suggest doing a clean install of the graphics card driver that may help.
- First is to open Device Manager and uninstall the AMD graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to AMD.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot, do make sure to set AMD as the default GPU and test it again.

Installed the latest version of the BIOS.
I tried with all the official drivers from AMD 's website and Toshiba both older and newer versions, but I did not see any difference , I tried it on windows 8.1 pro and win 10 pro . I tried CSM and UEFI mode . I tried all combinations and looked on the net but I do not see a solution .

I Sudent Computing and Control so I tried it several times all over again .
I need a laptop for programming and can not be separated from him for a guarantee they told me that I need to wait 45 days min .
Does anyone know another solution ?

I have a Toshiba Satellite L50-b running an AMD R7 m260
I had various problems over the rime and they are all caused by the AMD GPU driver
so here's this solution:
1- Do a clean uninstall of your gpu driver using DDU tool
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
it's very easy to use and very effective tool
(follow the recommended steps)

2- Go to AMD website and manually download the latest AMD driver for your GPU model.

3- If this didn't solve then you need to install the 16.7.2 AMD driver which is the last stable driver available
and after installation go to AMD software to "Additional AMD settings" and put "Power Play" in power saving in both plugged and unplugged.

Enjoy !
