I started having this issue a long time ago but didn't bothered me that much, but now it does, a lot. I have issues with my audio driver. There are two cases ( with or without driver).
1.With Driver
-Only speakers appears in playback devices, even if i connect headphones too
-No sound comes out from speakers
-When i connect my headphones sound comes to them automatically
-If i connect my headphones, only left side is working

2.Without Driver
-Speakers and Headphones always show up, even if i connect or not headphones
-If i set my speakers as default, i can hear the sound. If i set my headphones as default i can hear the sound in headphones
-When i connect my headphones i have to make the headphones default device in order for them to work
-If i connect my headphones, only left side is working

I really have no more ideas of what i can do. I reinstalled my windows 3 times(Windows 8.1), also tried windows 10.

Hi,

It seems like you've pretty much done all the possible troubleshooting steps and it seems to me as well that it can be a possible hardware problem. Here some other troubleshooting steps that you can try as well.
- First is to test other headphone or headset and see if you'll be able to hear from both sides.
- If it will still not work, uninstall /reinstall the Sound card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Sound card driver. Do also make sure that there's a check on "Delete the driver software for this device."
- Once uninstalled, download and install the latest driver from Lenovo.
- Here's the link: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles/2uza019f.exe
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed and test it again after the reboot.

Hopefully this steps will help.
