I've been getting a bit more interested in getting a 4K TV lately. I've heard OLED is much better with picture quality than UHD but so far ive seen OLED goes for around 2000$ - 8000$ and for sizes more than 55".

I'm looking for a 4K TV thats about 42-48" which is gonna be used for netflix, and console gaming, or even maybe connect my computer to it sometimes.

My question is, if i dont REALLY have to bother with OLED, do you guys know the perfect 4K TV of the above size thats is around 1000-1100$ or less?

What you ideally want in a 4K TV is that it has HDR (high dynamic range) which offers black blacks, brighter whites and a larger range of color.
It should have HDMI 2.0a and HDCP 2.2 It should be able to be calibrated for accurate color and grey scale tracking. And perhaps most important it should have excellent upscaling since almost everything you view will not be UHD for quite a while.
Whether you can get this in your price range right now I don't know. If you wait you should be able to.
The other thing to consider is that you would have to sit fairly close to a TV that size to see the additional pixels of a UHD TV and it might not have the black levels or color quality of a 1080p TV which at the same price could be bigger.
