i have a kenwood avr which only has optical but my daenyx tv only as hdmi how do i setup my home theatre system with that

There is no useful info on your TV online. The description of the TV doesn't mention HDMI with ARC or any of the outputs the TV might have.
If you don't have any kind of audio output then your only option would be to get the audio directly from the external sources feeding the TV. If they only have HDMI outputs on your sources you can get an HDMI switcher with audio extraction that would provide an optical audio feed for the AVR.
